Overview
Objective of the Role: The Brand Executive – Brand and Fresh Food is responsible for supporting the growth, visibility, and in-store performance of the 7CAFé and Fresh Food categories, as well as supporting the 7-Eleven brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging. The role requires a strong balance of strategic coordination and hands-on execution across campaigns, product launches, and daily marketing operations to ensure brand impact and commercial alignment.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Support the development and rollout of integrated 360° campaigns for 7CAFé and Fresh Food/Slurpee/Soft Serve, including product innovation, seasonal menus, new listings, as well as existing products such as coffee and RTE.
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and creative asset development with agencies, internal designers, or digital teams.
- Ensure campaign materials are deployed effectively across multiple touchpoints, including POSM, in-store TV, app notifications, social media, and digital platforms.
- Product Launch Support (New SKUs / LTOs / Upgrades)
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager and Fresh Food team to plan go-to-market strategies for new product launches or revamps (e.g., soft serve, coffee, OCC).
- Manage development of POSM—from briefing to final printing, logistics, and allocation (e.g., shelf talkers, menu boards, wobblers).
- Track post-launch performance including units sold, ATV uplift, and digital ad-buy outcomes.
- Lead development of store execution toolkits and ensure accurate delivery of final artwork to targeted stores.
- Conduct store visits to verify branding compliance and gather operational feedback.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency for 7CAFé areas by coordinating with Construction on murals and custom branding projects.
- Oversee creation and updates of marketing consumables including order cards, product labels/stickers, cups, and packaging.
- Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines, store segmentation specifications, and rollout timelines.
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Construction to support timely delivery to both new and existing outlets.
- Maintain and regularly update a master tracker for consumables, store openings, and change logs.
- Liaise with digital agency/team to plan and align digital ads and content (e.g., static posts, videos, product reviews) with marketing campaigns.
- Brief KOLs and content creators, ensuring deliverables align with brand tone, messaging, and campaign goals.
- Monitor digital engagement and content performance to inform future campaign strategies.
- Act as marketing liaison for Fresh Food and 7CAFé supplier-led campaigns and partnerships (e.g., Joybean, King’s).
- Coordinate timelines, provide feedback to suppliers/designers, and ensure all supplier commitments (e.g., visibility, POSM) are fulfilled.
- Align closely with Category teams through weekly check-ins to track upcoming SKUs and campaign readiness.
- Reporting & Budget Tracking
- Track campaign performance metrics such as ATV, APSD, sell-through, and redemption rates.
- Manage PR/PO documentation and processing.
- Support the Brand Manager in preparing weekly sales communication updates and presentations for management reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or retail environments.
- Strong project management and execution skills with attention to detail.
- Creative thinking with good visual and design sensibility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
