What You Will Achieve
  • Collaborate with the Regional Brand VP to develop online strategies aligned with global brand objectives, managing online P&L, setting regional channel goals, and forecasting sales and volume to support demand planning.
  • Manage the SEA activation portfolio, validating media and CRM plans, overseeing execution, and tracking performance to optimize ROI.
  • Serve as the primary contact for SEA4 and TH brand teams, coordinating with specialists across markets to execute activation plans effectively and align with sales targets and peaks.
  • Implement recommendations from the Growth Team on SEO, Paid Media, Retention, and UX, participating in tests and measuring results.
  • Monitor weekly online performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs, continuously improving user experience and engagement.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing within consumer brands or digital agencies.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Analytical mindset, adaptability, and attention to detail.
