The role includes developing brand strategies, executing marketing plans, and managing campaign performance. The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and managing the product lines. This role involves creating and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer loyalty for the brand.
Responsibilities:
Develop brand strategy, including setting style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for both short- and long-term goals.
Plan and execute all communications and media activities across all channels, including online and social media.
Assist with product development, pricing, and new product launches, as well as develop new business opportunities.
Create and manage promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
Develop strategies and tactics to promote the company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and manage their implementation from ideation to execution.
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, such as content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, app, and social media that attracts and converts our target audiences.
Oversee and approve marketing materials, from below-the-line (BTL) to online and social media.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess results against goals.
Manage the budget for marketing initiatives, advertising, and promotional items.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, allocating funds wisely.
Conduct competitor and customer insights analysis.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Requirements:
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience.
Demonstrable experience in marketing, along with the potential and attitude required to learn.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
Proven experience in brand development.
Numerically literate and comfortable working with numbers, interpreting metrics, and processing data using spreadsheets.
A strong sense of aesthetics and a passion for great copywriting and witty communication.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Retail or FMCG background is a significant advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in a Team Manager position.
