JOB PURPOSE

This role undertakes the ownership of the brand and products assigned, develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, grow market share and its profitability.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and execute short/long term action plans to grow the product portfolios in terms of its brands awareness, market share and product profitability.

Plan and execute ATL and BTL campaigns, marketing communications (online and offline) and trade marketing activities for all product portfolios under his/her responsibility.

Plan and manage A&P spending within budget assigned and ensuring ROI for each campaign

Lead and execute the promotion, advertising, and marketing campaign effectively through strategic partnership alliances with agencies, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation according to timeline.

Conduct market research, analyze consumer’s insights, market intelligences & competitive information to develop new product idea/concepts and effective marketing plan for the assigned products/brands.

Conceptualizes innovative, consumption-driving promotions that are profitable and linking promotions to advertising wherever possible to create an integrated & targeted 360-degree marketing plan

Build strong brand/product presence in all distribution channels (including assisting in e-commerce at Marketplace)

Work with internal stakeholders (Trading, Agency, Promoters, Store Team, Warehouse) to implement marketing plans effectively according to timelines

Track and monitor market trends to analyze product sales performance

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Communication or related field.

At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience in the beauty, personal care or other FMCG industry is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and attention to details.

Pro-active hands-on team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
