Accountabilities

  • Lead Brand strategy - Development of a strategic brand plan that allows an ‘always-on’ presence in market, utilising paid, owned and earned channels. Guardian of brand. That’s as much as the assets of brand, as it is the spirit of the brand. You will inspire, guide, enforce and create for what we believe in.
  • Lead the design of branded experiences by optimising existing owned channels such as retail, social and digital platforms.
  • Lead the brand communications ideas and execute media, creative and key message development. Responsible for the ongoing delivery management of relevant stakeholders - including internal stakeholders & external parties such as creative & media agencies.
  • Develop a culture of collaboration and partnership which promotes and enhances Maxis’ reputation in the community consistent with Maxis’ brand purpose objectives.
  • Develop fit-for-use toolkits for Maxis’ social media platforms (including copy, tonality, digital banners, social contents etc.).
  • End to end responsibility for the on budget and timely delivery of this brand activity including brief, creative development, approvals, production, notification of internal stakeholders, and results analysis.

Key Requirements

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/advertising/finance or equivalent.
  • Experience in telecommunications industry will be an advantage although not a must.
  • At least 10 years of experience in advertising/marketing/brand.
  • Sharp analytical mind and an appetite for consumer insights, research & analysis.
  • Meticulous and hands-on team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate confidently and effectively.
  • Well versed with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is mandatory.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint and being well versed in Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager 360, Google Data Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok, SEO/SEM etc., will be an advantage.
