The Branding & Marketing Communication Manager will lead and execute brand strategy and marketing communications across our F&B brands. The ideal candidate has a strong background in F&B marketing, a passion for storytelling, and a proven track record in building memorable brands and driving customer engagement both online and offline.
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop, refine, and implement brand strategies for multiple F&B outlets to ensure a cohesive brand voice and identity.
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Marketing Communications
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR) aligned with brand objectives and seasonal promotions.
- Craft compelling marketing messages and promotional content that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage relationships with media agencies, influencers, and partners to maximize brand visibility.
- Lead the creation and execution of social media content plans, engagement strategies, and community management.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams on SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, and website updates.
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer behavior to optimize content and communication strategies.
- Creative Direction
- Oversee the design and production of all brand materials, including menus, packaging, signage, and visual merchandising.
- Work with in-house or outsourced designers, photographers, and videographers to bring brand concepts to life.
- Develop and manage loyalty programs, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Handle brand-related PR activities and ensure timely communication during brand milestones, events, or crises.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in branding/marketing communication.
- Strong portfolio of successful campaigns and brand management in F&B or related industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [insert language requirements].
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
- Creative, strategic thinker with strong project management and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience with restaurant chains, QSRs, or premium dining brands.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven marketing.
- Passionate about food, dining culture, and hospitality trends.
