Role: Brand Manager (Vitamins & Nutraceuticals & Skiip)

Role Description:

  • As a Key Account Manager for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business, you will maintain and expand relationships with key clients.
  • You will drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage key accounts to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and goals.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage business negotiations, including TTA, DA, to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and updates for assigned customers.
  • Leverage customer relationships for market intelligence and formulary listing.
Sales Strategy Development
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to create strategic plans for key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategies.
  • Develop and implement processes for local go-to-market, sales, and customer strategies.
  • Manage sales projections, stocks forecast, and inventory levels to support growth.
Performance Tracking
  • Monitor and report on account performance, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Manage A&P trade fund/TTA investments within budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align on client expectations.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for timely delivery.
Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Lead negotiations for trading terms and pricing with key accounts.
  • Manage contract renewals and extensions.
Customer Advocacy
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Gather feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years in account management or sales in the DTC sector.
  • Proven success in managing key accounts and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative.
