We are looking for a Brand Manager to develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives, ensuring the growth of the Nestlé Professional culinary business.

A day in the life of a Brand Manager

  • Plan and execute food strategy and marketing programs, focusing on food solutions and Western cuisine range, including strategic developmental SKUs (Savory Solutions portfolio). Manage the largest brand in Nestlé from an Out of Home perspective.
  • Understand customer and consumer habits, attitudes, and motivations; translate insights into compelling brand plans to drive competitive advantages.
  • Strengthen C2C engagements related to the entire savory portfolio and build relationships with various associations to enhance brand presence in Out of Home channels.
  • Develop business plans and customer/consumer programs to increase consumption moments and market share, focusing on key channels such as FSR, hotels, and cafes.
  • Drive innovation and renovation by developing and launching products within the pipeline framework, supported by customer and consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with the Key Accounts Team to explore customized opportunities.
  • Assess market research and survey results, monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and propose relevant strategies and action plans.
  • Manage the PFME budget to ensure brand and category profitability.
  • Formulate and manage new business opportunities targeting industrial sales and e-commerce customers through strong coordination with the sales team.

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
