We are looking for a Brand Manager to plan and control the development and implementation of short and long term marketing strategies towards achieving planned sales, profit and market share objectives to ensure growth of the Nestlé Professional culinary business.

A day in the life of a Brand Manager
  1. Plan and execute the Food strategy and marketing programs, focusing on food solutions and Western cuisine range, including strategic developmental SKUs (Savory Solutions portfolio). Handling the largest brand in Nestlé from an Out of Home perspective.
  2. Understand customer and consumers' habits, attitudes and motivations and translate into inspiring insights and a compelling brand plan to drive competitive advantages.
  3. Strengthen C2C engagements related to the entire savory portfolio and build relationships with various associations to continue building the brand in Out of Home channels.
  4. Develop business plans and customer/consumer programs to increase consumption moments and market share, focusing on Key Channels (e.g., FSR/Hotels/Cafes).
  5. Develop and launch products within Pipeline framework, backed by customer/consumer insight, focusing on innovation and renovation.
  6. Drive customized opportunities with the Key Accounts Team.
  7. Assess market research/survey results, monitor competitor movements, analyze market trends, and propose relevant strategies and action plans.
  8. Manage the PFME budget for brand(s) and category profitability.
  9. Coordinate Food events such as exhibitions, cooking competitions, and customer demos.
  10. Formulate and manage new business opportunities targeting industrial sales and e-commerce customers through strong coordination with the sales team.
What Will Make You Successful
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of working experience
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
