Your new role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Manager to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in immunology and oncology, coupled with strong people management skills. As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies that enhance our market leadership and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust brand strategies for our immunology and oncology portfolio.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of brand initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, medical, and regulatory teams to create impactful and compliant campaigns.
• Mentor and manage a team of brand associates, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry partners, and internal teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on immunology and oncology.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
