Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of brand management or marketing experience in FMCG, preferably in beverages or distributor-led portfolios.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing distributors and external partners.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

With a strong distribution network and a dynamic portfolio of beverages under its belt, the company continues to expand its market presence across multiple channels. They are now seeking a commercially savvy Brand Manager to lead and grow their distributor beverage brands.


About the Role

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of selected beverage brands under distribution. This includes full ownership of brand planning, portfolio management, distributor collaboration, and marketing execution. You will also play a key role in aligning brand strategy with commercial objectives, ensuring strong market performance and long-term brand equity.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and brand plans for assigned distributor brands

  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including pricing, promotions, NPDs, and brand activation

  • Collaborate closely with principal brand owners to ensure alignment on global brand guidelines and local market needs

  • Act as the main liaison between internal teams and external distributors, ensuring consistent execution across all trade channels

  • Support trade and commercial teams in driving brand presence and in-store visibility

  • Lead discussions and negotiations with distributors on sales targets, pricing, and activation plans

  • Track and report brand performance through regular reviews and actionable insights

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

  • Manage A&P budgets to ensure cost-effective spending and campaign ROI

  • Coordinate with agencies on digital, media, and creative development


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 5–7 years of brand management or marketing experience in FMCG, preferably in beverages or distributor-led portfolios

  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing distributors and external partners

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Results-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Proven experience in managing 360° campaigns across online and offline channels

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
