We're Hiring: Brand Manager / Assistant Manager!

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager / Assistant Manager to elevate our brand presence and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for brand development to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Development:
1. Drive long term brand vision and Marketing strategy for all major brand moments as well as
ongoing brand initiatives
2. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business goals.
3. Define brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all marketing channels.
Campaign Management
1. Manage and plan effective and impactful campaigns, ensuring above-the-line and below-the-line
marketing activities are in line with brand’s strategic business direction
2. Development, implementation and evaluation of consumer promotions via creative
development and media planning
3. To work closely with internal and external stakeholders to produce materials of creative impact,
within our brand guidelines and deadlines
4. Liaising with agencies and monitoring each campaign to optimize campaign performance
Market Research
1. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive
landscape.
2. Identify consumer needs and wants to win local consumers
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, IT
and product development, to ensure cohesive branding efforts.
2. Build strong relationships with external partners, such as Creative/Media agencies and vendors.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or
professional certifications are a plus.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand management, preferably in QSR or FMCG industry.
3. Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making.
4. Strong understanding of advertising, media planning, and market trends.
5. Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Basic knowledge of interpreting consumer research, such as focus groups or surveys, to understand
consumer sentiments toward a brand.
