Brand Manager

About the Company

Your employer is a Premium Wine & Spirits FMCG Distributor with more than 35 years in the FMCG industry currently looking for a Brand Manager to lead one of the luxury product segments.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead, develop, implement and evaluate creative and effective ATL activities (digital, media, PR and sponsorship) and BTL campaign ideas/concepts activities in line with the brand plan / global brand direction.
2. Conduct/organize brand review and strategic/disruptive workshops to identify key brand issues / opportunities and strategic direction.
3. Develop and implement out of box activation relevant to brand image & strategy.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce marketing materials and manage social media accounts.
5. Monitor, measure, and report the performance metrics of all campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
6. Oversee national and local store marketing campaigns by developing comprehensive marketing strategies and materials, while monitoring market trends to ensure relevance and drive brand and revenue growth.
7. Work in partnership with the internal team to create new product developments (NPD), including new products, menu items, and the expansion of brand segments.

Requirements

1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
2. At least 5 year(s) of experience in Brand Marketing.
3. Experience of conducting market analysis & introducing products into the market.
4. Experience with website and social media content updates and content writing is an added advantage.
