AstraZeneca is accelerating the expansion of our geographical footprint in rare diseases following the acquisition of Alexion in 2021. Rare diseases is a high-growth therapy area with rapid innovation and significant unmet medical need. Over 7,000 rare diseases are known today – yet less than 1% of them have an approved treatment.
As we bolster our leadership in Rare Diseases, we are seeking a Brand Manager to join our Commercial Team within the Rare Diseases Business Unit. This full-time role involves designing and implementing strategic brand initiatives for the rare disease sector. The Brand Manager will be crucial in developing local brand strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring flawless execution of marketing tactics. This role demands a keen understanding of the rare disease landscape and the ability to navigate unique market challenges effectively.
