Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing or brand management.

We are looking for a Brand Manager to delight target consumers, build a strong brand, and generate impactful brand-building results.

Responsibilities of a Brand Manager:
  1. Develop and update consumer portrait and engagement funnel for the brand.
  2. Activate and manage Brand Essence.
  3. Manage basket, packaging, NHW dashboard, services, and CSV related to the brand.
  4. Develop consumer insights, understand in-store environment, contribute to category strategy, define desired relative price, and provide recommendations for pricing and promotions.
  5. Propose SKUs for key channels and customers.
  6. Ensure consumer centricity, apply innovation levers, contribute to and execute innovation pipeline, and maintain brand vibrancy through relevant renovations.
  7. Contribute to developing and executing aligned brand and ICP plans, monitor performance, and understand the business impact of PFME and TTS investments.
  8. Develop OBIs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies, and create attractive brand experiences. Collaborate with communication agencies to ensure brand communication enhances the company's image as a trusted NHW leader.
What will make you successful:
