We are looking for a Brand Manager to delight target consumers, build a strong brand, and generate impactful brand-building results.

A day in the life of a Brand Manager…

  • Develop and update consumer portraits and engagement funnels for the brand.
  • Activate the Brand Essence.
  • Manage 60/40+ basket, packaging, NHW dashboard, services, and CSV related to the brand.
  • Understand in-store environment, contribute to category strategy, define desired relative price, and provide recommendations for pricing and promotions. Propose SKUs for key channels and customers.
  • Ensure consumer-centricity, apply innovation levers, contribute to and execute the innovation pipeline, and maintain vibrancy through relevant renovations.
  • Develop and execute strong, aligned brand and ICP plans. Track and monitor performance, health, and strategic alignment. Understand the business impact of PFME and TTS investments.
  • Contribute to the development of OBIs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies, and create attractive brand experiences. Collaborate with communication agencies to ensure brand communication enhances the company's image as a trusted NHW leader.

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or brand management
  • At least 2 years in other functions, ideally in Sales or FMCG
  • Experience in eBusiness is a plus
