As a Brand Manager for Dish, you are expected to be the total business owner. Every day is different, but below is a sample of what you will experience and expect to accomplish:

• Work on a brand team, reporting to a Senior-level member of the group, where you’ll play a critical role in driving profitable growth for some of the world’s most iconic brands
• Take charge of developing business and/or innovation strategies for key brand(s), identifying priorities & developing workstreams against them.
• Effectively steward the P&L to achieve net sales and profitability goals.
• Provide strategic leadership, motivate and manage a cross-functional team to drive business priorities.
• Partner with key agencies in developing high impact, integrated marketing campaigns or innovation concepts.
• Develop and activate against people-centric insights, driven by a keen understanding of culture, customers and data synthesis.
• Engage with the sales team to create captivating selling stories for retailers.
• Run everyday operations, including budget management, forecasting plant volumes and facilitating communication between key stakeholders.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of commercial experience (finance, sales, marketing etc) with at least 3 of those years in Marketing/Innovation
• Demonstrated creativity, curiosity and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
• Results-oriented and strong ability to influence others
• High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work on multiple projects at a time while delivering strong results
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or business related course
• Proven experience in brand management including innovation, preferably in Consumer Goods Industry
• Proven experience of implementing at least one business building initiative, e.g. new product launch, relaunch, cost savings, packaging change, promotional program.
• Strong understanding of turning insights into innovation
• Experience in short to mid term product development and execution
