Brand Manager

The incumbent will support the Brand Lead in a fast-paced environment to drive market share, brand equity, and consumer engagement. They will manage brand activation, uncover consumer insights, and lead the execution of innovative marketing campaigns and communication touchpoints. As the brand communication custodian, they will liaise with global teams and agencies to ensure consistent brand strategy and execution across all initiatives.

As theBrand Manager under the area ofMarketing, you will:

  • Collaboratewith Marketing and Sales to align brand strategies with market and HQ plans, contributing to the Annual & Strategic Plan.

  • Monitor brand performance with Strategic Insights to identify opportunities, analyze competitiveness, and derive consumer insights.

  • Translate brand objectives into product, packaging, trade, and consumer engagement strategies, ensuring cohesive execution.

  • Lead development of the full marketing mix, ensuring brand communications and innovations align with HQ positioning and local needs.

  • Manage agencies, communication budgets, and campaign performance, ensuring ROI and legal compliance.

  • Oversee team development and handles ad hoc projects as assigned by management..

Requirements:

  • University degree holder or relevant experience in FMCG marketing and sales functions.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of full marketing mix. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of the box.Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking. Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets. Strong commercial mindset
