Job description

A fast-growing leading national law firm is looking for a Brand and Design Manager to join their award-winning team based in one of their busy Marketing and Communications teams on a 12-month contract. The role holder will drive brand awareness and engagement and will be experienced in implementing brand identity throughout the firm’s online and offline channels. This role can be based in various UK office locations with lots of flexibility.

The Responsibilities:

  1. Development of the firm’s visual identity across all channels, managing overall design delivery including: website design, social media, email marketing, video & audio production.
  2. Leading and overseeing the design of marketing collateral and material for events including branded merchandise.
  3. Line manage the firm’s in-house graphic designer and also manage external design agencies.
  4. Measuring and reporting on brand awareness and engagement.
  5. Developing and maintaining design templates for internal and external use.

The Candidate:

  1. Experience in brand marketing across a range of online and offline channels.
  2. Experience in managing design agencies and budgets.
  3. Experience in training colleagues on creating and maintaining brand assets.
  4. Knowledge and experience using the Adobe Creative Suite.
