Glowee sdn bhd is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead branding and creative direction across all outlets and marketing channels. You will oversee end-to-end design projects and collaborate with marketing and operations to maintain brand consistency.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid portfolio in branding and packaging, and expert use of Adobe Creative Suite along with motion graphics skills for video content.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 4–5 years in F&B/retail branding or similar.
• Strong portfolio in branding, packaging, campaigns.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong print and digital design knowledge.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead branding and marketing campaigns across channels.
• Mentor junior designers and review work.
• Develop concepts for product launches and rebrands.
• Manage multiple design projects with timely delivery.
• Liaise with printers, vendors and agencies.
• Ensure output aligns with brand guidelines.
• Present concepts to management with rationale.
• Oversee visual identity across outlets.
