Malaysia HR Forum is seeking a Content Writer to produce engaging, brand-aligned copy for social media, websites and campaigns. You will collaborate with the Designer, Videographer and Performance Marketing PIC to translate ideas into content that builds awareness, engagement and conversions.

You will manage online conversations, reply to comments and reviews, and help plan monthly content. A diploma or degree in mass communication or related field and 1–2 years of content or social media

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism or related field.
• 1–2 years of content writing, copywriting or social media experience.
• Excellent written English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Creative and able to write in different tones and formats.
• A portfolio or writing samples is required.

Mansioni

• Write captions, posts and copy for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Write ad copy, headlines and calls-to-action for paid campaigns.
• Write website content, blog articles, EDMs and other marketing materials.
• Keep the brand’s tone, voice and messaging consistent on every channel.
• Proofread and edit content so it is accurate and well written.
• Collaborate with the Designer on copy for visuals and graphics.
• Collaborate with the Videographer on video concepts, scripts and on-screen text.
• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing PIC on ad copy for different audiences.
• Reply to comments, direct messages and posts on all company accounts promptly.
• Assist with monthly content calendar planning and trend monitoring.

Formazione

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism or a related field
