Cheil Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented web operations professional to manage Brand.com SKU registration, product page setup, and content publishing. You will collaborate on Jira workflows, ensure on‑time registrations, and align with local legal review timelines.

You will optimize content for SEO, handle CMS workflows (AEM or similar), and contribute to performance reports covering traffic, engagement, and conversion trends. Strong coordination and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in web operations, e‑commerce, digital content, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in SKU registration, product page setup, web publishing, and content QC.
• Proficiency in web publishing platforms and workflow tools such as Jira.
• Understanding of SEO, web content optimization, and digital best practices.
• Knowledge of content compliance, legal review processes, and global publishing workflows.
• Strong project coordination and timeline management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Basic understanding of web analytics and performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on experience managing web content using CMS tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and web usability is preferred but optional.

Responsibilities

• Manage SKU registration, product page setup, QC and content publishing on Brand.com.
• Use Jira to manage publishing workflows, track progress, and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Drive on‑time registration by understanding Brand.com processes, including local legal review requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end Brand.com publishing, from asset sourcing to web production, ensuring compliant web content and global process alignment.
• Optimize and update content in line with SEO best practices and requirements.
• Execute digital content uploads, removals, and troubleshooting across retail stores.
• Support weekly and monthly Brand.com performance reports with traffic, engagement, and conversion trends.
