Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Retail Associate for Pavilion in Malaysia. The role focuses on driving store sales, meeting KPIs, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will act as a Brand Ambassador, applying product knowledge and brand values during interactions while maintaining Visual Merchandising standards. The position requires basic numeracy and communication skills with 1–2 months retail experience in sports/fashion is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1-2 months working in sports/fashion retail.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets and take ownership to meet or exceed them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Be a Brand Ambassador, exhibiting Brand Attitude and Values.
• Use Seasonal Brand knowledge during sales interactions.
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly to address customer needs.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish fixtures to represent the full product range.
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform store operations in a safe, efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members and seek coaching to improve performance.
