Job summary

Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive coordinator to support Brand Advisors across audit, route rides, and performance monitoring. You will help ensure discipline, manage leave and uniform logistics, and assist in itinerary planning for events and roadshows.

In this role you will also provide backup field support for roadshows and activations, build rapport with outlet personnel, and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations of the client-facing activities in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit & route ride with Brand Advisors
• Monitor Brand Advisors performance and manage day to day discipline matters
• Brand Advisors itinerary preparation
• Leave & uniform management
• Backup support of field work, roadshow and activation events
• Build rapport with outlet personnel
