The role involves managing client services, relations, presentations, customer service, key account management, and brand & activation on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients (local and international) on their needs and wants for events.
  • Monitor event goals and implement measures to improve events.
  • Develop and implement solutions for problems occurring before, during, and after events.
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for process improvement and implement strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with the clients\' goals and drive effective coordination.
Qualifications
  • Client Services, Client Relations, and Key Account Management skills.

  • Experience in event management or related field.
