About The RoleWe are seeking a proactive Branch Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. The role involves optimizing the availability of tools, facilities, and personnel to meet project requirements and capitalize on growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will deploy action plans to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and quality management, including staff development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Administer everyday operations for all sales activities.
- Develop professional relationships with all customer contacts.
- Determine all profit and sales objectives and design effective strategies to maintain inventory levels and manage all work according to branch policies and procedures.
- Implement all required safety programs and provide training to employees to enhance operations.
- Administer all marketing requirements and provide optimal customer services.
- Prepare all sales paperwork for the branch within the time frame and resolve all customer inquiries associated with billing issues.
- Organize safety meetings, adhere to safety regulations, and maintain product knowledge of the branch.
- Collaborate with the human resource department to resolve personnel issues and update knowledge on all company products and services.
- Supervise staff efficiency and maintain smooth workflow to achieve annual growth objectives.
- Monitor customer complaints and maintain efficiency in branch office operations.
- Prepare and ensure maintenance of service staff schedules and conduct audits on branch activities.
- Maintain high service standards in the branch and prepare accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with required SOPs and regulations implemented by management.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the branch area and ensure staff adherence to hygiene standards.
- Manage staff within the branch area, monitor financial operations, and keep track of finances.
- Understand and comply with ISO requirements and SOP.
About You- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
