About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Branch Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. The role involves optimizing the availability of tools, facilities, and personnel to meet project requirements and capitalize on growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will deploy action plans to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and quality management, including staff development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer everyday operations for all sales activities.
• Develop professional relationships with all customer contacts.
• Determine all profit and sales objectives and design effective strategies to maintain inventory levels and manage all work according to branch policies and procedures.
• Implement all required safety programs and provide training to employees to enhance operations and supervise efficient working of all employees.
• Administer all marketing requirements and provide optimal customer service, including training to all personnel at required locations.
• Prepare all sales paperwork for the branch within timeframe and resolve all customer inquiries associated with billing issues.
• Organize all safety meetings, adhere to all safety regulations, and monitor all phone calls from various vendors and customers while maintaining and updating all product knowledge of the branch.
• Collaborate with the human resources department to resolve personnel issues and determine all prospect requirements while updating knowledge on all company products and services.
• Supervise efficient working of staff, maintain smooth workflow, achieve all annual growth objectives, and develop all project plans to improve business.
• Supervise product front line, monitor all customer complaints, maintain efficiency in branch office operations, and manage all communication with events.
• Prepare and ensure maintenance of service staff schedule, perform related audits on branch activities, and prepare required reports.
• Maintain a high standard of services in the branch and prepare accurate records.
• Ensure all personnel within the branch area always follow the required SOPs and regulations implemented by management.
• Ensure the branch area and related company assets are always in safe and clean condition and ensure all staff maintain hygiene within acceptable criteria.
• Manage staff within the branch area (inter-department), monitor financial operations, and keep track of finances.
• Understand and comply with ISO knowledge and adhere to all ISO requirements and SOPs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor, preferably in agriculture or agribusiness.
