About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Branch Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. The role involves optimizing the availability of tools, facilities, and personnel to meet project requirements and capitalize on growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will deploy action plans to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and quality management, including staff development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer daily operations for all sales activities.
  • Develop professional relationships with all customer contacts.
  • Determine profit and sales objectives and design strategies to maintain inventory levels and manage branch policies and procedures.
  • Implement safety programs and provide training to employees to enhance operations and supervise efficient work.
  • Manage marketing requirements and provide customer service and training to personnel.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, handle billing inquiries, and prepare sales documentation within specified timeframes.
  • Organize safety meetings, adhere to safety regulations, and update product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with HR to resolve personnel issues and stay updated on company products and services.
  • Supervise staff, maintain workflow, achieve growth objectives, and develop project plans.
  • Manage customer complaints, branch operations, and communication with events.
  • Maintain service staff schedules, perform audits, and prepare reports.
  • Uphold high service standards and ensure personnel follow SOPs and regulations.
  • Ensure branch and assets are safe, clean, and hygienic.
  • Manage staff across departments, monitor finances, and ensure ISO compliance.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
