Sales Achievement
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Lead market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the market.
- Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and target key prospects in the retail and hospitality sectors who can benefit from our solutions. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, partnerships, and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understand their unique business needs, challenges, and goals. Present our solutions and demonstrate how they can address client requirements.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Develop proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts with clients. Ensure that all agreements align with the company's financial goals and legal requirements.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.

- Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance team to manage and monitor the department's budget, including expenses, resources, and cost-effectiveness.
- Technology and Tools: Ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary technology and tools, such as CRM software and sales-related resources, to maximize efficiency.
