Branch Sales Manager

Headmistress is an Ayurvedic Hair Spa, offering Ayurvedic hair and beauty treatments to our customers. The requirement for Branch Sales Manager are as follows:

• Experience in sales and ability to close packages to meet sales targets
• A natural 'people person' with a presentable appearance
• Achieved at least a Degree certificate
• Strong Communication Skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Driven and Independent
• Leadership skills & ability to train, motivate and manage a team
• Experience in managing retail outlets or branch operations is a bonus, but not compulsory
• Strategise, plan and execute the marketing and sales initiatives to meet the monthly sales target
• Consult with customers for the right treatment (training will be provided)
• Selling/closing treatment packages and/or products
• Build customer relationships
• Recruitment of the right talent to enhance the team
