Job description

Manage the daily operations of the bakery shop, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory management.

Ensure that the bakery shop is always clean, hygienic, and well-organized, and that all equipment is properly maintained.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are greeted promptly, served efficiently, and treated with respect and courtesy.

Manage and supervise the outlet staff, providing guidance and support as needed, and ensuring that all team members are trained, motivated, and productive.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Prepare and submit reports on the bakery's performance, including sales, expenses, and inventory levels, to the senior management team.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of all food safety and hygiene procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the bakery or food service industry.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.

Good in problem solving

Able to speak in multiple language will more advantage

Able to work in Johor Bahru Area / Kulai Area
