Role Overview

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, and team management of the insurance branch. This role requires strong leadership, business development skills, and the ability to ensure smooth operational efficiency while achieving branch targets.

Job Summary: The Branch Manager leads and oversees a team of Front Line Sales Managers and Commission-based Agents. The primary responsibility is to achieve the insurance sales targets set for the branch. The Branch Manager ensures that all agents are properly licensed to sell insurance by passing the IRDA exam.

Requirements
  • Lead and manage a team of Front Line Sales Managers and Commission-based Agents.
  • Drive the branch to meet or exceed insurance sales targets.
