About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join our rapidly growing retail banking team at ZITRA PLUS SDN. BHD. in the Skudai Johor location. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of our local branch, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of branch operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance

Strategic Planning for Establishing and Achieving Sales Targets for the respective branch.

Daily monitoring and management of the respective branch.

Handling all staff-related issues of the respective branch.

Capable of seizing new opportunities.

Able to be a great leader to increase the sales figure of the respective branch.
