Job Description:

• Responsible for branch's performance in sales, service and compliance.
• Guide, motivate and drive branch staff towards achieving shared goals.
• Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community.
• Maintain branch safety and security standards.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years experience in branch operations, compliance or in a leadership / management role.
• Good knowledge of banking products and services with strong customer service skills.
• Having wealth & banca product licenses (IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILI & TBE) will be an added advantage.
• Possess high energy level with a proven track record in sales achievement.
• Comfortable in a goal-oriented environment.
