The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, customer accounts, contract terms, financial measures, KPIs, and branch staff, including employees and contract delivery drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce operating costs, streamline processes, and collaborate effectively to provide seamless, high-quality customer service aligned with strategic business goals.
- Manage the full employee and contract driver lifecycle, from recruitment to resignation, ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable laws.
- Identify and secure new customers to support rapid business expansion.
- Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to ensure optimal utilization.
- Perform additional sales activities or projects as assigned by superiors.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational costs; take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure branch and staff safety, manage security tools, and maintain cleanliness and proper facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments, submit timely reports, and manage staff supplies.
- Oversee activities of hired agents and services of GDEX point-of-presence (POP) within the designated branch.
Requirements/Skills:
- Degree in any field.
- Own transport.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and people management, with a proven track record in branch management or similar leadership roles.
- Aggressive self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in financial management, operational planning, and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
