Job Purpose

Manage and oversee branch personnel, supervise branch operations, and ensure efficient daily operations. Responsible for Branch Sales turnover, improving business profitability, and cost management to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels.

Accountabilities
Financial
  • Drive and achieve overall Branch Sales Target
  • Deposit, Investment, Loans (ASBF, SMART MONEY & Education loan)
  • Bancassurance & Banca Takaful products
  • Credit Card, Business referrals
  • Prevention of Fraud and Losses (internal and external)
  • Control costs as per budget
Process
  • Ensure staff duties align with Branch Manual, BNM Guidelines, and other regulatory requirements
  • Maintain satisfactory audit ratings and resolve findings promptly
  • Monitor report submissions
  • Act as BCM Coordinator and perform Business Continuity Plan & Call Tree Exercise
  • Serve as Business Compliance Officer (BUCO) and Complaint Liaison Officer (CLO)
  • Coordinate OSHA activities
  • Ensure regulatory and non-regulatory compliance through coaching
Customer
  • Maintain efficient customer service as per SLA
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Ensure accuracy in service delivery
People
  • Manage resources: leave, attendance, staff recruitment, training, and development
  • Conduct staff performance and productivity reviews
Other Responsibilities
  • Manage ad-hoc assignments and relief duties
  • Organize CSR activities
  • Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness of premises

  • Participate in special projects and training programs
