You are

  • Attentive, creating a trusting relationship to understand and meet our guests' expectations.
  • Smiling and friendly, ensuring our customers feel welcome in the shop.
  • Creative with an eye for an attractive layout. Merchandising comes naturally to you.
  • Performance-driven, eager for new challenges, and focused on increasing sales.

You will

  • Manage 1 to 2 points of sale within the Resort.
  • Personalize customer relations to optimize your turnover through welcoming, needs identification, good advice, sales, and quality service.
  • Take responsibility for the merchandising of Club Med products as a Brand Ambassador.
  • Monitor and coordinate store performance indicators (KPIs, conversion rate, average basket, inventories, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities to increase store traffic by organizing events within the Resort.
  • Coach and motivate your team daily, demonstrating exemplary behavior in sales, merchandising, customer service, and sales activities.
  • Develop your team's skills through assessments, training with the Club Med University of Talents, and career development opportunities.
