Job Responsibilities
  • Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner
  • Support the day-to-day business operations of the boutique/counter
  • Be approachable and friendly in discovering customers' needs
  • Generate buying interest through the sharing of product knowledge
  • Recommend suitable products to meet customers' preferences and needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping experience
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge through continuous learning and training
  • Assist in all aspects of the boutique/counter, including display and cleanliness
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time
Job Requirements
  • At least an SPM certificate
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Well-groomed, pleasant, and positive personality
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive and highly motivated team player
  • Ability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
