Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Record transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SQL)
  2. Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations
  3. Process payroll
  4. Audit & Tax Coordination:
  • Main point of contact for external auditors
  • Ensure MFRS compliance
  • Reporting:
    • Generate monthly financial reports
  • Qualifications:
    • Must be fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin)
    • At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience (Malaysian SME preferred)
    • Experience working with auditors/tax agents
    • Proficient in accounting software
    • Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations
    • LCCI certification/diploma in accounting
  • Additional Details:
    • Flexible hours
    • EPF/SOCSO contributions
