Job description

• Possess Boilerman Grade 1 Certificate from DOSH / JKKP.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in similiar position.
• Able to perform shift work and willing to work overtime.
• Able to work during weekend and public holiday if necessary.
• Able to multi task & work independently under minimum supervision.
• Willing to work in Bukit Mor, Parit Jawa, Muar, Johor.
• Responsible for steam boiler operations including upkeep of boiler’s operation data and safety aspects.
• To execute high pressure steam boiler efficiently in continuous production operation.
• To plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance schedule and to trouble shoot when necessary.
• To plan and perform boiler service and yearly overhaul as per JKKP inspection requirement.
• To ensure the boilers are kept in good running condition at all times.
• To perform and carry out boiler maintenance in compliance with the operating procedures and statutory requirements.
• To ensure daily performance of boiler operation & to provide sufficient supplies to support production operation.
• Skills training provided.
