Job summary

Tastiway Sdn Bhd in Jitra, Kedah, is seeking an experienced Boilerman to join our manufacturing facility on a full-time basis. You will operate, monitor and maintain our boiler systems to support production and safety.

The ideal candidate has proven boiler operation experience, a valid Boiler Operator certification, and a disciplined approach to maintenance, record-keeping and teamwork to meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating boiler systems in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and operating procedures.
• Attention to detail and methodical approach to monitoring and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems per safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections of boiler equipment.
• Monitor temperature, pressure and water levels; adjust as needed.
• Clean and service boiler components and related systems.
• Keep detailed records of boiler operations and maintenance activities.
• Identify faults or leaks and report to supervisors.
• Assist with emergency shutdowns when required and respond to incidents.
• Support training of junior staff on safe boiler operation.
