Boilerman cum Maintenance Technician

White Heron Pharmaceutical is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are looking for a candidate with experience as a Boilerman cum Maintenance Technician in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical/food manufacturing.

What You Will Primarily Do:
Boilerman:

1. Responsible for day-to-day boilers operation, ensure its efficiency and safety aspect.
2. Carry out the maintenance checklist for the boilers and other machinery.
3. Troubleshoot on the boilers for any problems.

Maintenance:

1. Perform maintenance work, i.e., electrical repair, mechanical repair, etc.
2. Perform necessary maintenance for machine, facilities and equipment.
3. Routine inspection on all machinery as per the schedule and non-scheduled maintenance.
4. Attend breakdowns, identify faults and solve problems with minimal downtime to production.
5. Attend to all installation, repair, maintenance, dismantling, or any other related equipment's/machineries problems.
6. Create a safe working environment.
7. Co-operate among maintenance team and production department.
8. Perform any duties assigned by superior from time to time.

What We Need From You:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Candidate has boilerman cert. is an added advantage.
3. Minimum 2 years’ working experience in similar job functions.
4. 1-3 years in plant/operations.
5. Able to work overtime (based on working needs).
