We are currently seeking a certified and experienced Boilerman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of steam boilers in full compliance with the regulations set by Malaysia’s Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH/JKKP).

Core Responsibilities:

1. Operate high-pressure boilers, cooling towers, compressor, and process water systems.
2. Ensure boilers are running under safe and optimal conditions.
3. Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, and water levels for efficient performance.
4. Participate in annual inspections, maintenance, checking, repair, and commissioning activities.
5. Maintain accurate checklists, logbooks, and reports for routine monitoring and operation.
6. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance; troubleshoot issues as needed.
7. Report any damages immediately to superiors for action.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production.
9. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including good housekeeping of the boiler house and surrounding areas.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines for safe and efficient operations.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Certificate in Boiler Man Grade I/II.
• 1-2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Production Operations or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work in Johor Bahru and travel to other subsidiaries if required.
