Job summary

Highstar Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks a Diploma-qualified boiler operator to oversee daily operation, start-up and shutdown, and monitor parameters to ensure a stable steam supply for lithium battery production.

You will conduct regular inspections of boiler combustion, safety valves, gauges, and water quality tests, maintain 6S in the boiler room, document operation logs, and coordinate with production to adjust boiler load during shifts and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in relevant engineering field.
• At least 2 years of boiler operation experience.
• Familiar with natural gas boilers or heat-transfer oil boilers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, start-up, shutdown and parameter monitoring.
• Inspect boiler equipment; test water quality; ensure safe operation.
• Maintain 6S in boiler room and clean spills promptly.
• Document logs, fault analysis, and safety records for traceability.
• Coordinate with production to meet steam demand and handle emergencies.
