Job summary

You will check pressure, temperature and water levels, carry out routine maintenance, monitor fuel usage, manage water treatment, record parameters, and coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure safe, compliant and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure continuous and efficient steam supply.
• Ensure boiler pressure, temperature, and water levels are within safe operating limits.
• Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of boiler and auxiliary equipment.
• Handle boiler start-up and shutdown according to standard procedures.
• Monitor fuel usage (gas/diesel/biomass) and optimize efficiency.
• Carry out water treatment and chemical dosing to maintain boiler performance.
• Record operating parameters and maintain accurate log sheets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations.
