Job summary

SBH Kibing Solar New Materials (M) Sdn Bhd in Sabah seeks a Certified Boilerman Grade 1 to operate and maintain boiler systems, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will monitor operations, perform routine inspections, and keep detailed logs.

You will work with the plant operations team to troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and support safety protocols while contributing to continuous improvement and reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• Certified Boilerman Grade 1 or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating and maintaining boiler systems.
• Strong knowledge of boiler components, operation, and maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and procedures.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance and repairs on boiler equipment.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of boiler operations.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues or malfunctions and take corrective actions.
• Assist with implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with the plant operations team for seamless boiler-related coordination.
