Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a beauty and wellness role in Kuantan. You will operate equipment after training, consult with customers on skin and body wellness, and recommend suitable treatments and programs. Maintain clean treatment rooms and equipment, and follow SOPs.

You will support membership programs, promotions, and customer follow-up as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome; SKM/Beauty Therapy certificates are advantageous, with strong communication and teamwork essential.

Job description

Operate beauty and wellness equipment safely after proper training. Conduct basic customer consultation and understand customers' skin and body wellness concerns. Recommend suitable treatments and wellness programs according to customers' needs.

Provide professional, friendly and personalized customer service. Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment. Prepare treatment rooms, towels, products and equipment before and after treatments.

Follow all company treatment procedures, safety guidelines and service standards. Maintain accurate customer treatment records and provide appropriate after-treatment advice. Build good relationships with customers and encourage customer retention.

Support membership programs, promotions and customer follow-up when required. Participate in company training to improve beauty, body wellness and customer service skills. Work closely with the front desk and other therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and good personal hygiene. Assist with general store cleanliness, stock arrangement and daily operational duties. Handle customers' concerns professionally and report any issues to management.

Continue learning new beauty, wellness and body treatment techniques. Contribute to a positive, professional and comfortable wellness environment for customers. Requirements Experience in beauty, facial, spa, massage or body wellness is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for suitable candidates. SKM / Beauty Therapy / Spa / Massage / Wellness certificates are an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills. Responsible, punctual and willing to learn. Positive attitude and good teamwork.

Passionate about beauty, wellness and women's health. Able to work according to company SOP. Must have valid identification and legal eligibility to work in Malaysia.

Salary RM2,500 – RM4,000 + Commission Salary will depend on experience, skills and performance. Full‑Time
