Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Supervisor (Project Manager) - BMS in Kuala Lumpur to lead the execution of Building Management System projects and service operations across Malaysia.

You will manage field engineers, subcontractors, project financials, and customer relationships, delivering safe, timely, and cost-effective outcomes while mentoring a high-performance team and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) or related building technologies.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of BMS projects and service activities across Malaysia.
• Manage schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables for successful outcomes.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, and subcontractors at multiple sites; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
