Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor ECC operations on assigned shifts.
• Acknowledge, track, and respond to DCIM alarms within set timeframes (1:4:8).
• Coordinate and communicate change processes with execution teams and stakeholders.
• Liaise with Building Operations to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Communicate with the Global Operations Center and escalate issues as needed.
• Extract, process, and analyze data from DCIM and BMS for anomalies and reporting.
• Support emergency response efforts and engage with customers when required.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English with strong report-writing skills.
• Experience operating DCS, BMS, BAS, SCADA, or similar control systems.
• Awareness of critical operations in data centers or other high-risk environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of critical systems (HVAC, power backup, UPS, etc.).
• Willing to work shifts.
• Willing to work in Sedenak, Johor.
