Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly processing of payroll and payroll reports. Checking and making payment for reimbursement and overtime.
  • Process statutory claims and submission of EPF, SOCSO + EIS, Income tax, HRDF.
  • Handles all staff enquiries pertaining to payroll related matters.
  • Processing off-boarding for resignees such as informing IT, updating of HRIS, etc.
  • Assist in annual increment, bonus, and any other payroll related exercises.
  • Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, leave, etc.
  • Assist in enhancing employee handbook and HR policies.
  • Assist in data compilation for Compensation & Benefits and HR related survey.
  • Attend to auditors' enquiries pertaining to payroll related work.
  • Leave and benefit administration.
  • Managed yearly insurance renewals and any other insurance matters.
  • Maintain HRIS system data for new hires and any changes in existing staff information.
  • Preparation of employees’ requests for documents, letters, and forms.
  • Support HR projects.
  • Any other HR tasks that may be assigned.

Essential Skills & Qualification

  • Degree with at least 1 year relevant experience.
  • Familiar with Employment Law and Malaysian Labour Law.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, independent, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Multitasker and ability to work and follow through within tight timelines.
  • Meticulous individual with an eye for details.
  • Strong in payroll implementation and computation.
  • Possess good working knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
